Pro and Cons
Overall,
Legoland Hotel come out with great design, but poor service.
+
The Lego theme is ubiquitous, and the wallpaper, carpeting, lobby area, and
Lego sculptures throughout the hotel are a delight.
+
A fun treasure hunt in your room which ends in the opening of a safe with Lego
goodies.
+
Good cleanliness standards.
+
Taxi service on time. A bit strange though that you have to pay extra for a
child seat.
-
Only 2 chairs in a room meant for up to 6 people.
-
Check-in was extremely slow, with clear understaffing at peak hours. From
arrival to check-in took about 45 minutes.
-
Poor service at check-in counter.
-
Very poor food buffet.
