Pro and Cons

Relatively a new hotel, just recently reopened after a major refurbishment, or rather a total renovation. Hotel Perdana, used to be the top most hotel in Kota Bharu, but as the time goes by, as all other thing, it loss it lustre. By looking at the new Hotel Perdana, definitely it going to be the top most hotels in Kota Bharu again.
From outside, the architecture is of a traditional kelantanese design. Inside, nothing grandeur, in fact the lobby is relatively small. However, the staffs were friendly and ever helpful. The room also quite small, but being a newly reopened, everythings were in a working order and it was well equipped.
Location is perhaps another good thing about the hotel. It is almost near to most of the Kota Bharu's attraction.

Menu at Prego Restaurant

It looks like a hard piece of bread, but the real is it was soft and fluffy inside, and the accompanying tomato salsa dip was very appetizing.

Thin crust with deliciously pungent cheese.

Pro and Cons

The artistic flavors of Italy come to life at Prego. Prego has an open kitchen. Guests can enjoy a lively show kitchen while feasting on rustic home style Italian favorites, including gourmet wood fired pizzas and homemade pasta in a relaxed and casual setting. The service is pleasant. If only the customers had a minor complaint to make, it would be that the tables are too small especially for big eaters. It's hard to fit more than 2 plates on the table at the same time.
Overall, the food here is very delicious, and I can see why they have been voted so many times as the Best Italian in KL.
